Client: A prominent player in the U.S. home services and home construction industry, specializing in plumbing, HVAC, and extensive home construction and maintenance services, with annual earnings exceeding $500 million.
Challenge: The client struggled to establish a Project Management Office (PMO) for digital transformation, resulting in stalled initiatives as competitors advanced their digital strategies.
