Client: A subsidiary of a privately-owned, multinational enterprise specializing in automotive services, seeking to integrate diverse accounting and finance operations into a unified standard.
Challenge: The client aimed to transform their fragmented accounting and finance operations across all entities, including those acquired, to achieve a best-in-class standard, improving accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making speed.
Solution: We led a comprehensive transformation program, serving as Program Manager to ensure alignment and enhancement of operations. Our approach included defining and prioritizing 70 actionable projects, calculating potential savings, securing organizational buy-in, and launching the program with ongoing KPI monitoring.
